Privacy and Security

F. Do you store my credit card information?
A. Absolutely not! We do not store your credit card information. 

F. I do not feel comfortable entering my credit card information online. Can I place an order in any other way?
A. Yes, you can place an order over the phone. Our representative will be more than happy to help you.

F. Do you sell or share my information with any other parties?
A. No! We do not share or sell our customer information to 3rd party. Your information is safe with us.

F. Will I get any spam emails?
A. No. You will only get our emails if you have subscribed our newsletter.

F. How can I change my account information?
A. To change your profile, please log into our website. 
   Please click 'My account' → 'Your Account Details' to change your information. Make sure you click 'Update My Details' to save.

Order

F. Do I have to register to place an order?
A. No. you can place an order as a guest. Upon checkout, please select 'checkout as a guest'.

F. Why did I get charged for a tax?
A. Different tax rate will be charged based on your shipping address. This only applies to Canadian orders. Tax amount will be automatically calculated upon checkout based on your shipping address. All international orders are not subject to tax. 

F. I am unsure if my order has been received successfully.
A. Upon submitting an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you have received such emails, your order has been successfully received. If you do not find a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk folder. Still have not received it? Please contact us with your email address used during ordering process.

F. When will I be charged for my order?
A. We will charge your credit card when we ship your order out.

F. Can I edit my order?
A. Yes. If you would like to change your order, please call us immediately. We can only modify your order prior to a shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to edit your order once it leaves our warehouse.

F. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We are currenly accepting Nutrifarm gift certificate, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal.

F. What is the status of my order?
A. To view your order status, plesae log in to NutriFarm. 
    Please click 'My Account'  'View Order Status'.

Coupons

F. Why isn't my coupon code working?
A. There could be a few reasons. Firstly, please ensure that you have entered the code correctly as it is written. If it has entered correctly, please check the expiry date of the coupon code. If it is still not working, please contact us so we can take a look at it.

Gift Certificates

F. Can I get a refund on gift certificate?
A. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued on gift certificate. 

F. Do I have to use the value of gift certificate at once?
A. No. You don't have to use it all at once. You can use remaining balance on your next purchase.

F. How can I redeem a gift certificate?
A. To redeem a gift certificate at NutriFarm, follow the simple steps below.

  1. You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.
  2. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
  3. Click the 'View Cart' link to view the contents of your shopping cart.
  4. Type your gift certificate code in to the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' box and click 'Go'.

F. How can I check a balance of my gift certificate?
A. To check a balance of gift certificate, please click HERE

F. Is there an expiry date for gift certificates?
A. No. there is no expiry date. however, we encourage to use it as so many great products awaiting for you!

Shipping and Tracking

F. What is my tracking number and where can I find it?
A. The tracking number can be found in your account.
    After logging into Nutrifarm, please choose 'My Account' → 'View Order Status' → 'View Order Details'.
    Tracking information can be found at the bottom of the page.

F. How can I track my package with the tracking number?
A. You can track your package at www.canadapost.ca or simply click the tracking link in your email. 
    Also, a link can be also found under 'My Account' → 'My Order Status' → 'View Order Details'. 

F. My tracking number indicates my package has been delivered. but I have not received it yet? What should I do?
A. With Canada Post, the sender is required to open a service ticket to investigate the case. 
    If you have not received the package, please contact us immediately.

F. I deleted my email by accident. How can I get the tracking number?
A. The tracking number can be found in your account.
    After logging into Nutrifarm, please choose 'My Account' → 'View Order Status' → 'View Order Details'.
    Tracking information can be found at the bottom of the page.
