Clematis - Clematis vitalba
27% Grape Based Brandy as a preservative
Direction: Adults and children (over 12 years of age): take 4 drops in water and sip at interval throughout the day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Store below 25 C/ 77 F.
Do not use if the inner seal if broken.

I put a few drops into my water, and usually take it before going to bed. I find it helps my thoughts calm down so that I can more easily drop off to sleep. I have also used it in more stressful situations such as exams. I like to always have a little bottle or the pastilles nearby.
