Garcinia cambogia is a small, pumpkin-shaped fruit that grows throughout India, Southeast Asia and Africa. This Asian superfruit is commonly used in traditional dishes to make meals feel more filling.

We harvest our Garcinia cambogia from mountain farms in remote region of India. The fruit is then cut by hand and dried in a traditional manner before being shipped to the U.S. We then create our special Garcinia blend using quality ingredients and package it into vegetarian capsules.
