Returns
NutriFarm will gladly accept returns on unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days of invoice date.
Returns Policy
You may return unopened items within 30 days of invoide date for a full refund*.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, customers will be responsible for shipping cost.
Please log into your account. Under 'My Account' -> choose 'Completed'. Please choose 'Return item(s)' next to View order details.
Choose Qty to return on the right side. please fill out necessary fields such as reason for return, return action, and comments.

IF you purchased your order as a GUEST (without signing in)
If you need to return an item, please email us at return@nutrifarm.ca with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with your return authorization number (RA #) and instructions for how to return items from your order.
* Please note, we are unable to process any returns without a return authorization number.
* We are not responsible for lost package. We strongly recommend to get a tracking number and to get insured for your returning package.
* A 20% of restocking fee will be charged if returning products exceed a value of $100 (excludes tax).
* Shipping fee is non-refundable.
* We are unable to accept any returns in the following categories:
- Clearance item
- Probiotics
- Product that have been removed from their original packaging
- Any items marked as final sale on the product detail page
* We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. If you have any concerns or complains, please contact them directly. Most manufacturers list their contact number on the packaging. If you need their contact information, please contact us.
After returning a product....
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
