SURO’s Maple Wine Vinegar is something else! It takes 1 year to make from start to fi nish. Made at the sugar shack artisanally, our Maple Wine Vinegar starts with maple syrup which is vinifi ed into maple wine. The maple wine is then acetifi ed into vinegar in a slow process using the Mother of vinegar. This ancestral method ensures that you get all the enzymes which occur naturally in the Mother of Vinegar.
